I wish to share my recent thoughts with you. This is a  time of uncertainty for us all, but somehow there in a togetherness which is comforting. I have met many friends who came to Israel in the last couple of months, more and more Jews from all over the world are searching for homes and apartments in Israel  in the past few months and have reached out for my advice, there are amazing opportunities beginning with real estate investments through interesting land opportunities especially now of joint ventures for buildings defined as purchase groups.

Like many capitals around the world also Jerusalem suffered a 3 month phase of uncertainty, But… being the only city in the world which has god's spirit protecting it, Jews all over the world began showing increased interest in Jerusalem as a second (or even first) home.
 
Somehow this pandemic has managed to do what so many leaders and political  initiatives have failed to do, by putting all people from all religions who live and visit Jerusalem, vulnerable to the same extent. Everybody wants the city to return to its touristic mode as soon as possible. A status which is beneficiary to all of Jerusalem's residents.
 
The city of Jerusalem has evolved over the past decade to become a leading and attractive tourist destination with  amazing touristic attractions, international cultural events and culinary scene from the best of the world.
 
The tourism leap has led to a significant development in the real estate world and in the last five years the city of Jerusalem experiencing a great growth in this field, hotels  have been opened in the city, from hostels through boutique hotels to luxury hotels.
 
All of the international hotel chains are currently setting up or localizing hotels in Jerusalem. Of course, developers of the hospitality sector are adapting creative programs , with the municipality back up, in order to pursue the goals of hospitality with an awareness towards flexibility and potentially redefining some of the hospitality functions in times of need such as the current pandemic.

As you all know, the Israeli Building Center is leading real estate, building and design professional arena in Israel. All year round we hold various platforms which include constant networking between the Israeli government offices and municipalities which produce the guidelines and private sector which develops and invests in all sorts of  real estate and projects.
There are a few outstanding residential new projects in Jerusalem and we have been witnessing some interesting activities at the unique new Foreign Ministry Quarter project. American and European Jewish investors have recently closed deals in this project particularly due to its variety of apartments and mostly because of  its international characteristics.
